We start the process with a carefully selected pre-spray that is free from bleach or detergents. This separates the dirt particles from the fabric and is designed not to leave a sticky residue behind. Lesser products used in the industry will leave a residue that can actually attract dirt particles after the cleaning making the whole process pointless.

We then agitate the pre-spray into the upholstery. This is done by using non-abrasive brushes and will be left to dwell so as to penetrate the fibres completely. This helps break down and loosen the dirt particles so that they are removed properly.

We finish off with a process that is known as hot water extraction, using state of the art handheld devices that are designed to only clean the fabric and not over-saturate the padding. This is very important as not only does this speed up drying times but also helps prevent brown water rings from forming. If lesser equipment is used the dirt in the oversaturated padding will be pulled to the surface through the fibres and leave brown rings as it drys. This process is known as wicking. So by using this special equipment we can prevent that from happening. The water that we use during this extraction process has a specialist rinsing solution added to it. This ensures that your fibres are left in a safe PH7 state so to ensure the future lifespan of your furniture and make it safe to use so nothing is left in it to irritate your skin.

We then apply a microbiocidal sanitiser and a deodoriser to leave your furniture and upholstery safe from allergens, bacteria and viruses whilst looking and smelling fantastic.
